Continuing our new found love for chia seeds, I made another breakfast using chia seeds! It feels so good to just wake up to ready yumminess! Just set a reminder on your phone the previous night to remember to soak chia seeds the previous night and viola! Your yummy breakfast will be sitting tight in the fridge waiting for you to scoop and devour!

- 2 tbsp Chia seeds,
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder,
- 1/2 cup of milk,
- 1 large banana, sliced
- chopped nuts,
- sliced/chopped fruits, to serve
The key thing is the ratio, which is 1tbsp Chia seeds : 1/4th measuring cup of milk. Mix with cocoa powder and milk, making sure there are no there are no lumps and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, layer a bowl with half of the banana slices. Pour the soaked chia seed on top of the bananas in a smooth layer. Top with fruits, nuts, honey, cinnamon. That’s about it! Enjoy with whatever toppings you like!
